Working for a Big Airline ( there's a clue in there ) as you can imagine the current renumeration is not what can be described as generous , it can't even be described as adequate.
Working a 4 on 4 off (thats 2 days then 2 nights , 12 hour shifts ) all for the sum of £3,900 per annum .
Get as much as you can, after all its your social life which is going to suffer big time.
