I'm pretty sure they have a marketing / visibility problem.
That is to say, I'm pretty sure I know of more airlines than the average person on the street, and I've never heard of this airline outside these forums.
Their website has the feel of Expedia rather than an airline website, and while that's not at all a bad thing in itself (it makes them a bit like Jet2), if it is at all possible to find out where they fly from their website it's not obvious how (unlike with Jet2). (Edit; I found it. Still maintain it's not obvious...)
