Housing. To rent is very expensive, to buy ( unless you are already very financially well off) is out of the question. The 15% stamp duty for non permanent residents is a killer. You need to come out and have a serious look before considering coming.
Family. Check out schools. You could be in for a nasty shock. KA cover some costs but you will also have to pay up front fees. The schools are full and places are limited.
