In the end their was around 12 people in it each way, but I found premium very nice, food was good and staff were very friendly, the only issue I found was the middle armrest in the seats, if both people in front have reclined their seats and your by the window it is really difficult to get out even for someone average size! But Dreamliner is a great aircraft to fly on as a passenger!
Ps. Economy was full each way as well
