That is a bit of a dead end. You can go and campaign for more GDP for the military, which would solve all of your problems. But if it doesn't happen you still have to set priorities.

However, that doesn't address the likelihood of overruns, let alone the fact that the current plan (as it will emerge from SDSR15) is apt to leave many unhappy as it is: No MPAs, 48+N Dave B to support carriers (one or two?
