Utterly agree with you that perpetrators of crimes like this with so many victims (the children and their families) should be punished to the full extent of the law.
I would have liked to have seen a custodial sentence, but the judge probably showed some leniency, probably on the same reasoning that I based my comments on in the previous post.
I think in this particular case a custodial sentence would have had little impact on RSB, but would have sent out a strong message to other perpetrators.
