and lets not get onto the fact that handlers seem nowadays to charge 'standard handling' and then charge additionally for individual items of service - to the point with some that you question what services come under 'handling'! (they just answer with a shrug). It's getting ridiculous. Some handlers we used have nearly doubled their charges over the last few years by this method.
