I can't comment on timing. But I understand that all of the options involve a very thorough redevelopment of the entire terminal campus. It just takes time to analyse all of the options, work up a business case, and put it to shareholders.
I don't see funding as being a big problem - MAG has very strong cash flow and substantial capacity for new debt.
I think we'll all be pretty satisfied with the result.
