Would you care to speculate when the option appraisal will be complete and a 'preferred solution' can be made public?
I remain highly skeptical that MAN will have the balls to do the right thing here and do a comprehensive redevelopment of T1 and T3.
I suspect we will see a 'revised masterplan' or some such aspirational wishwash which will 'be implemented over the next 20 years'.
I doubt they have the money for one thing as a T1/3 will no doubt be the thick end of £1bn or so.
I hope to be proved wrong.
