It may not be daily, but it is a lot.
What Im trying to say, is, what exactly are you hoping to achieve, other than vent frustration? It seems there are many aspects of MAN you are not happy with, but, I just don't see what near daily vents are achieving in terms of solving the issues that are evidently important to you?
Contact MAN, at least they would be able to at least offer an explination as to their actions and maybe you could rest easier?
