It seems IT at Thomas Cook jumoed the gun, as LAX/BOS have been taken out of the booking engine, and the extra JFK removed. It goes to show how far MAN has come when a new route to Los Angeles leads to such little discussion. Given the West Coast USA from the regions is considered the 'prestige' route, I would have thought it would have been quite well discussed. Be interesting to see how the route performs.
