There is an extensive list of restricted and required for future use items that will have to be removed from the aircraft after their last RAF flight, which will make future use as flying aircraft unlikely. Any such use would require extensive work and approval by the appropriate authorities.
They will probably be spares recovered, and scrapped if that's anything to go by. A museum for one would be nice as it was a "Royal"
