Question EASA Part-66 License pay

Hello guys,

My first post on PPRuNe, although i'am following this website for years.
The reason why i started this thread does mainly come from the following item:

At this moment i'm a EASA Part-66 licensed B1.2/B1.3/B2 aircraft engineer, type rated for AW139 and EC135 (including engines).
Since i have a Linkedin profile i'm bombed with several requests to start working for another employers
Though i'am not really seeking another job i noticed big differences in offered (basic) salaries and additional payments for helicopter engineers. Especially when type rated for AW139.
Most of the time i was approached by recruiters from the UK and Middle East.

I started to investigate were this (huge) gap in salaries is coming from and soon i found out that there is a huge difference between government personnel and commercial personal. Especially in the offshore industry. Why, i still don't know.
We all maintain rotary aircraft, right?

I came into possession of a collective agreement of CHC Den Helder (NL). The differences in salaries is not that much, but i noticed several additional payments such as a additional pay for holding a EASA Part-66 license, additional pay for every type rating holding onto the license and a retention allowance.
The differences seems to be in the additional payments.
(retirement fee, healthcare, traveling expenses ruled out)

I spoke many engineers who told me that companies pay these numbers to keep their personnel within the company. Competition between maintenance organisaties seems to be huge. Also due to investments in personal training en education, engineers must sign a payback scheme when they leave the company earlier than expected. Recruiters offering to pay these off.

Still, i don't see the difference in work in my situation. Same aircraft, same maintance, same shifts etc.
A few months ago i started a case to fight for a competitive salary within the organization i work for. Together with help from the tarde union.

The CHC collective agreement i found is the only hard evidence i have to prove there is a difference. I contacted several maintenance organizations, operating EC135/AW139, but none of them is able or willing to show any numbers.

Since october last year already two engineers left our company. Better salaries elsewhere.
Now my employer started to see the problem, and is now developing a proposal to us.
Together with the tarde unions i'm working on a own proposal but i need more than only the CHC numbers. I need some to compare with.

Is any of you able to get me a CA or any detailed information according to additional payments in this business?
Do companies make differences between double licensed engineers (like me), non certifying staff of non type rated engineers?

I'm very grateful for every tiny bit of information.
