Thanks for all your help. I almost forgot that I posted this here. I first saw Normal / Restricted AOM in the Jepp country pages, and I went back and forth trying to figure out if it applied to us or not. The way it was phrased, I thought I could make a pretty solid argument for either side; it was pretty ambiguous. The thing that still makes me a little unsure is that we're Part 91; I'm not sure if we count as a Foreign Air Operator, or GA, or what. Do you have any interpretation on the definition of "Foreign Air Operator" as it pertains to DGCA?
