paying for OATS, BAE, etc
In light of the recent troubles with PPSC, what are the payment terms for some of the bigger schools?
There is no way I would ever hand over more than 1/12th of the course fees up front, so do any of these schools offer payment terms where you reduce the risk of losing money if they go bust? Saying that, do any allow you to pay in arrears?
