Why don't you get the company to issue a NOTAM when you are flying, that way you can get exactly what YOU want.
If you want more "wake turbulence" clearance tell the controller before you line up! As for no immediate take off clearance YOU do not know the whole picture. You don't like ATC telling you how to do your job, don't tell them how to do theirs! There are more people in the world than you.
