Correct me if I'm wrong; as I read it here, the airline in question is still operating and in business. That's a very different situation from one that has already gone out of business, such as the ones you quote!

Anyone who thought they could pursue a bankrupt company for money through the courts, couldn't really expect to pass his next airline medical on grounds of sanity, could he??? Forgive me, if I've missed something here.

If an airline is still up and running and you reckon you have the legal right to pursue them, then go for it....that might just force them into liquidation, but that's the risk you have to assess.

My point is, stop whinging and do something about the situation. If you can't, accept your losses, lick your wounds and live to fight another day. Loose the chips off the shoulders and present yourselves as level headed types to your next prospective employer!

You might not like the advice, but I reckon that it is financially constructive advice; if you don't fly, you get no dimes!
