Always strikes me as interesting to see a trip that used to need 4 now can be done with 3. Are we humans evolving that fast? Will that same trip need only 2 in 10 years time??
Why not - the autopilot's good and PM could become PMA (Pilot Monitoring Asleep)? Or PNMCHA (Pilot Not Monitoring 'Cos He's Asleep).
I think I'll put that to the DFO when she takes up her post. Maybe if it came down from Swire House, they could order the DFO to think it's a great way forward.
