For all the mess with their route openings and closures, they provide a central and vital service at BHX. I just hope they can get their act together again in terms of some sort of clear strategy.
Agree to an extent, but would say that they do have a strategy. Namely to identify routes that they believe will cut the mustard, but not to throw good money after bad for any longer than a few months; hence the premature closure of Oslo and the other routes they are apparently abandoning this summer. Perhaps their analysis of likely routes needs honing somewhat.
in the "old days" routes were given a couple of years to develop, sadly, in today's short-termist world, where immediate results are the order of the day to satisfy "the City" it ain't going to happen.
