I've been de-iced in 4 different airports so far this Winter. Vienna & Munich outstanding, MAN not a million miles away considering the equipment we have and how rarely we get it.
Frankfurt was shocking despite having remote de-icing and de-icing on stand available. In FRA we waited 2 & a half hours for our turn. It was only a threat of running out of crew duty hours that bumped us up the que !
