Aeolus2000BC, as has already been mentioned Eagle has gone through a huge amount of change, especially in the last 18 months. I am not sure when you worked at Eagle, but the last 18 months have seen a total change in guard at management and at a training level, the addition of a sim and considerable about of working to come in line with the rest of the group. Quoting a post from 2012, I can categorically assure you reflects very little of what the job at Eagle is like today.
At the end of the day there are a lot of people who enjoy Eagle, especially given the recent considerable improvements and/or enjoy where they live outside of a main centre. From my understanding it looks like those that what a job remaining in the group have a pretty good shot by the time it all comes to an end in 2016. However for some the transfer / relocation is not as easy as it is for others and it will be a long next 18 months for some as they work out what the future holds.
