There is only one proper 'FBO' which is the Marshall one, the ex-Eurojet facility built in 2012. Signature or Blue City are more handling agents only with minimal amenities, no hangarage etc. The Marshall facility has all the facilities you'd expect out of a typical, full service US or international FBO. There's a huge difference between what's on offer between them.
