pkboeing what you're saying doesn't hold water, because we all know that Jet will take at least 6-8 months to complete the 2014 recruitment process after the results are declared, after this it will take them another 3-4 months to put the selected type rated candidates from the 2014 batch online. I'm sure that not everyone's type rating will be current and that will result in more time to get them online. So it looks like it will take Jet at least a year from now to put the 2014 batch type rated candidates online if they declare the results anytime soon.

If they really have an urgent requirement as you suggest, wouldn't it be wiser for them to train the next few batches of the 2011 process and get them ready in another 6-7 months (their rating/IR etc would be current which would be in Jet's advantage). Again, if the requirement is immediate there are 36 type rated pilots waiting to join, why are they not being fast tracked ?
