I knw its a litttle bit unfair but u have to accept that it takes time to do a type rating(arnd 2 months).To bring an ab intio online it will take min 8-9 months min whereas rated they can bring online in 5-6 months min...and as of now the requirement has shot up and they cant waste time..
Its all about planning and scheduling things..i knw jet is very bad in this..
Acc to me if u ask me personally there was no need to bring a new recruitment in 2014 when students of 2011 and 2013 are still waiting for their training..
Instead they should have come out with a type rated add...Just because of few capts, they said that type rated guys are getting it very easy with the rated exam therefore it should be clubbed with the ab initio..therefore the exam came out..Now they are regretting..
