Arnold, I am not saying that Rex is corrupt. What I am saying is that the lack of transparency over what was done to Dominic James by CASA and ATSB and the Rex political donations coupled. With its Board composition has the potential to produce what the U.S. Supreme Court called. "Chilling Effect" in the sense that people will be careful not to aggravate Rex because of a fear that something bad might happen to them if they do.
I believe, for example, that it would be a very brave Rex pilot to stand up to the company after what appears to have been done to Dominic James and Karen Casey.
The effect is akin to using Hells Angels as debt collectors. Rex doesn't have to do anything illegal at all, but it sure helps to have that reputation..........whether earned or not.
