EZY pilots and different behaviours across bases

Hi everybody!

I notice that across bases there are different behaviours between Ezy pilots, even if, I suppose, they have the same Sop. Most of the times I fly with Mxp pilots across Italy and Lgw crews in Uk. I see that Uk pilots 99,9% times perform a Cda approach, which is a little bit slower, even approaching Mxp. They usually land Flap3, Oetd and Oeta are usually done. Last they do more PAs - usually boarding, cruise, descent.

In Milan, instead, CDA is never perform, usually they level off few miles before the glide with flap1 and power on. Flap full always, usually OETA and very few PAs most of the times by the FO.

Are there different trainings over the bases?
