Whilst I support the action and home that this will be the start of a new wave, I see this in the article:
Brenden James Tume, 23, had consumed alcohol and cannabis before boarding the aircraft, which left Perth Airport at 5pm on July 9 but returned two hours later after he became abusive towards crew members.
Was he
visibly intoxicated when he boarded? If so then the Agents and possibly CC are also at fault.
