If I ask for a CV, that's what I want - 10-whatever pages; I WANT to see everything you have to offer. When I said my (current) CV is 30 pages, I meant it - and those who ask for it EXPECT to see everything in it.
What I have to offer you is: a reality check. Snap out of it. Never heard anything so ridiculous in my life, wanting a 10 page CV, etc. If you really are an employer, you are pulling your chain in a big way. Not only a very sad person, but a poor reflection of your company, the aviation industry, and modern business etiquette in general. I would be interested to know the NUMBER of employees in your organization (if you have any.....
). Is it employer or frustrated government middle management recruiter?
