So there will be assets and bankruptcy will not be an easy option. And, think about it, being forced to declare bankruptcy has penalties of it's own--it certainly wouldn't be an easy out.Either way, he will pay a price, but Virgin may not see the reparations. More publicity on consequences of these sort of actions, the better.
