If there were incentives for CTC to provide rated pilots why many who are currently flying B737 were rejected? 87% of them.
Have you considered that the rated pilots were not good enough? Didn't communicate in English to the required standard? Didn't display the desired attributes for a pilot in a multi-cultural environment? Do you know what FZ is looking for? And where exactly did you get this 87%?
You can believe whatever you want, and I'm not defending CTC for their performance as recruiters, but your
CONSPIRACY THEORY about them making money off of the type ratings makes no sense because of the
FACT that it is not them that goes on to train the succesful non-rated guys, CAE does.
I wonder how many rated pilots have to fail assessments in Istanbul before MECCTI become the next evil empire?
