An operator shall establish, for each aerodrome planned to be used, aerodrome operating minima. The method of determination of such minima must be approved by DGCA and shall be consistent with the provisions of this CAR and ICAO Doc 9365 Manual of All Weather Operations Doc 9365/AN/910 (3rd edition). Such minima shall not be lower than any that may be established for such aerodromes by the State in which the aerodrome is located, except when specifically approved by that State. Foreign Air Operators are to be authorized by the State of the Operator for the use of the AOM in accordance with requirements of the Contracting State, however in no case will they operate at Indian Aerodromes at less than the NORMAL AOM.
