NickBarnes, I take it that is on the B787. As far as I can see the premium cabin differs significantly from the Economy cabin. There could be the possibility that if they haven't sold enough premium seats and have excessive demand for economy seats that they will operate the flight as all-economy. This would mean that some 30-odd pax would be seated in the premium cabin but receive economy service. Therefore, you would still have your premium seat but receive the economy service. That is not what you paid for and you should demand the price difference to be refunded.
