yep its correct, this normal and restricted doesnt apply to other than VT registered, when asked for your minimas simply state them as they apply to your operation from the Jepp chart, for take off make sure you file a take off alternate within 60 min same as USA rules , but normally if your departure is fogged in you cant find a take off alternate that meets the landing mins within 60 min
