Wonder if anyone can help.
I'm booked in the premium cabin too New York in a week or so, currently looking at the seat map i'm the only one booked in the cabin as you have to choose a seat when you book premium. So presuming that's correct.
I have heard stories that Norwegian have if there are only a couple in the premium cabin made those people sit in economy, saying they can't offer the service. is this true?
If so would they refund the extra I paid considering i'm not getting the service I should?
Now I have no problem with economy but sitting there when you have paid £600 for premium isn't correct surely.
Of course those rumors may be complete lies if so ignore this post, just wondering if anybody knew
