Classic Wings over at Duxford. Whilst what they do is a bit niche, for the pleasure flying they hold an AOC for A to A on single and multi-engine aircraft.
I think you will find the CAA charges and processes for the AOC and other costs such as CAA fees for examiners to conduct the LPC/OPCs eye-wateringly expensive.
