The Usual Confusion
1/ heavy rain
2/ non grooved runways
3/ Pilots determined to land

= trouble
BBc report claims that it was an attempted takeoff. ..... But they also claim it was an overshoot. Well, at least we can see that it is deep in the rhubarb.
