Julius Chan bought a Gulfstream (which became Kumul 1?) which Somare tried to sell when he got back as PM. I am sure it was PNG registered and crewed by Air Niugini pilots??
Whilst searching the internet for any details on the PNG Gulfstream I came across this media article:
