Resumes are flying out the door and several people have been fired as a result of arguing about the changes made to the rostering practice.
Despite excellent advertising, attractive paint scheme on their aircraft and attentive cabin crew, there is no shortage of anecdotal evidence, and an alarming number of Pprune comments, that the flight deck atmosphere and pilot/management relationship is not exactly a happy scene. TEM in this case appears to be keep your mouth shut or get the sack. Not exactly a flight safety ideal?
