I agree with foghorn..the industry does tend to roller-coaster. It is a matter of timing these cycles and being in the right place at the right time. Early eighties, early nineties and here we are again ...early zero's (or whatever you call them). The trough of the curve seems to be early each decade! The industry WILL recover and people still have to retire. Sit back and be patient and good luck!
