This report says it was picking up passengers from the Freeport mining company who were on holidays in Paniai when it went off the runway in strong winds. Probably a charter flight on a ferry with no passengers at the time. Not big news in Indonesia as these kinda incidents are a common occurance and there is much bigger fish for the media to fry at the moment. (And glad to hear it wasn't Alex).
