The answer is simple. Kawasaki supply the basic airframes to BWoS, who fit RR Speys, which will be supplied buy China Bootleg Inc. Then BWoS fit all the gubbins from MRA4.
Nice simple 'Off the shelf' project. Well, off a few shelves.
