They definetly will hire buddy.. But they will take their own sweet time to induct the 2013 batch, when the requirement arises..
At this moment their priority is to finish the training of the captains , then the first officers from the 2010 batch who are ready for upgrade, then the type rated people of the 2011 batch, then the remainder of thE 2011 batch....
You must've understood the flow.. They need to finish the 2011 batch first...
