There is no such thing as a good cheap turbine airplane.
There are some aircraft that are cheap because owner pilots are rightly afraid of them. Too many fatal hull losses.
There are other aircraft that are cheap because they've reached the end of their economic life and will require huge expenditure to remain airworthy.
There are also some that are cheap because no one in Europe knows anything about maintaining them and nobody can offer any real training.
If you really want a turboprop, then you should be looking at buying a good and safe one for a bit more money up front.
It may save your life and it will save your checkbook.
Don't look at the cost of entry alone.
