My fees are approximately QAR18,000 per term although we had a QAR5,000 capital payment this year.

Bonds depend on rating given. No bond if rated already. 330 CCQ small bond. Complete type rating is a3 year bond from end of final line check. The 18 months at just over QAR5,000 start coming out from your first pay packet. For me, I was lucky. On line in 5 1/2 months. Some people have taken a lot longer!
