The CPL/IR will be issued coincident with the MP type rating,
prior to commencing line training?
Will a QR ATPL be issued once 1500+ hours are achieved.
So at best it converts to an ICAO licence.
Sit the actual EASA written exams as the prelude to an EASA licence.
