I would consider as planning that 40 would be more or less steady,and chances are,that it will be anything between 25 and 55,so landing might be possible in about 10 percent of the time you can spend around there, -and still just by chance,legally. Operationally maybe,not that much of a problem,but so much of a percentage and unknowns that i would not even consider giving it a try. Sorry folks,but I won`t take You there right now. My limits are gone by the wind...
