Questions concerning flight training

Hello guys!
I am an EASA PPL/FI holder havin logged about 550 hours total time:
-390 hours PIC
-65 hours flight training
-37 hours FNPTII (piper seneca III)
-60 hours as flight instructor

At this time I have just ended FNPTII training and I have 2 thoughts and I need some help.
1)If I continue the rest of the training on multiengine training how many hours should I log? If I continue normally, I have to log 15 hours on single engine for cpl/ir and 13 for me/ir. So, by getting flight instruction only on multiengine aircraft how many hours is the remaining training?
2)By continuing the flight training exclusively in multiengine training I think that I would have also have the priviledge of flying in single engine,BUT would I have the privillege of instructing the cpl/ir on single engine or I would be allowed to instuct for cpl/ir only in multiengine?
