The trouble is there is no mention of days off in the contract.
It was an understanding that it was a commuting contract when joining.
It used to be 40 on, 20 off.
Then it changed to 20 on, 10 off.
Now only 5 off.
So, if it doesn't change back to 10 off, people will leave.
