If a resource only flies 150 hours a year, doesn't that provide the proof that it costs more to fly because the value isn't being derived? Yes, it was a simplistic piece but I thought it interesting, and if an A-10 or Reaper is constantly being run ragged, I'm sure there are lots of other ongoing costs too.
