There's nothing to catch you out. It's a good old fashioned HR type interview with the view of you passing. You have to convince them you are not right for the job for you not to get it. Be yourself, be honest and know your Flybe stuff. If you get asked what you know about Flybe and you answer with, "you have a base in Manchester" then you will not get the job. There's a few tech questions to answer but anyone with any ounce of ATPL knowledge shouldn't have issues. You are not going to get asked what the LLS is at 10,000ft with an OAT of -3°
